THE POSITION:

Due to growth, we're looking to fill 3 positions for Maintenance Tech (one will earn the title of Team Leader). Ideally, we will have 2 in Cincinnati and 1 in Dayton, OH.

MX Tech's complete assigned work orders for our Property Services team and perform a wide variety of residential property service-related tasks. There is no 'typical day'. As an example, you may have a WO to unclog a sink in the AM; then do a quick inspection on a tenant-occupied property with our industry-leading software; then maybe finish out the day doing painting and/or drywall work.

We want our highly-valued and respected MX Techs to be focused on advocating for the property's best interest, making the right repair, being efficient, and delivering great customer service and professionalism.

Attn: HVAC techs, ELECTRICIANS, PLUMBERS, CARPENTERS, HANDYMEN, etc. We welcome your current skill set and want to help you grow and develop new skills and certifications.

Some of the Goals & KPI's of this position include:

  • Customer Satisfaction Score on the WO
  • # of WO's completed daily/weekly and/or billable hours weekly
  • % of call-backs / quality score.
  • etc.

Experience:

  • Min. 5 years performing residential property repairs, and 2 years working in the trades for a residential services company. Prefer certified or journeyman+ HVAC, Electricians, Plumbers, Carpenters, Handymen (We're willing to assist the right candidate to gain additional certificates/skills). Prefer Techs who have experience running WOs for SF or MF properties.
  • Min. 3 years living in the Cincinnati/Dayton region. Prefer - 5 years+ in the Cincinnati/Dayton region.
  • Some experience with Property Mgmt and/or Field Service industry software.
  • For MX Leaders - 2+ years experience leading other Techs in developing their skills, coaching, and/or managing their performance

Compensation:

  • FT Employee
  • $22-$30 per hour, + possible bonuses based on performance & metrics. Good performers should earn $50k - $75k per year depending on experience, skills/trades, quality, and other variables.
